Win-Unpak Lets you extract files from the Quake .pak files, including the sounds in .wav format. The program to own in my opinion, well, if you've got Quake anyway...
Q-Utils A whole pile of utilities for Quake that I just found in some dark recesses of my hard disk, only problem is I quickly found out why they were there.(NOTE: E-mail me if you figure out how to use them...)
Name Fun Not really a utility but I've no idea where else to put it. It shows you how to put special characters in your Quake names. Pretty cool for Deathmatches.
