Quake FAQ Yay, just what we need, somebody decided to tell us how to play good old-fashioned Quake, no, forget sarcasm, it's got some pretty good stuff in it like how many points of damage you have to do a nasty to gib it....
GL Quake FAQ This is useful if you are having difficulties running or playing GL Quake. There might be more extensive guides out there but until I manage to find one, you'll just have to make do with this.
WinQuake FAQ You guessed it, another FAQ, this time for WinQuake, a handy little patch which makes Quake run better under Windows. As far as I can make out it uses DirectSound drivers, Virtual memory and other things which generally improve performance.
